Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-21 business days for all orders to arrive in the U.S. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Please go to our shipping policy for a further break down on shipping. 

Q. Where do you ship to? 

A. We ship worldwide to most countries! If you see your country in the checkout of the payment section, then we ship to you :) 

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Yes, shipping is free worldwide on most items. Free promotional giveaways are excluded. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A. If your order has NOT been fulfilled, then we can cancel your order right away. However in the event that your order has been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel your order. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and newsletters for our promotions and discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, however depending on where are you are located, your country may require custom fees. We are not responsible for these fees and it would be up to the customer to be aware of their custom fees to pay to receive their shipment.
